CATERING Minnesota Kosher can arrange your next catered event to be strictly kosher. There are a variety of Twin Cities hotels, such as the Doubletree Park Place, and three area Marroitts, that have dedicated kosher kitchens, and are set up for easy catering of kosher events. These kitchens are monitored by Minnesota Kosher, and a representative of our agency is on premises during all food preparation and the entire event to ensure that the event is strictly kosher. Hotels that are not equipped with a dedicated kosher kitchen can also prepare kosher events. Before the event we kasher (kosherize) the facility and work with the chef's staff to prepare a strictly kosher event. Please contact us for more information.
